摘要
乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿患者上肢功能康复研究和治疗中需要对体表血流灌注进行检测,提出了一种基于激光散斑衬比成像的检测方法,实现对不同水肿阶段患者的上肢血流灌注进行成像。将该方法与水肿检测的电阻抗方法相结合,对临床上19名不同水肿分期患者进行了实验研究。结果表明,患者的水肿会引起局部血流灌注的变化。此外,新方法也为水肿的精确分期提供了新的工具。
Patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema in upper limb function rehabilitation need to detect blood perfusion on the skin surface.This paper proposes a detection method based on laser speckle contrast imaging to measure upper limb blood perfusion in patients with different edema stages.Combining this method with the electrical impedance spectroscopy method for edema detection,this paper conducts a clinical study on 19 patients with different edema stages.The results show that the patient’s edema caused changes in local blood perfusion in the skin.In addition,the new method also provides new tool for the accurate staging of edema.
