摘要
在矿井中,采煤机的工作速度直接关系到采煤的效率和工作的安全性。电牵引采煤机调速系统中存在非线性、参数不确定、负载变化剧烈等问题,而研究表明,滑膜变结构控制器,可以很好地解决这些问题。针对电牵引采煤机参数不确定、非线性等设计了滑膜控制器,采用MATLAB进行系统仿真,与传统PID控制方法进行比较,仿真表明该系统具有响应速度快、超调小、跟踪误差小、抗干扰能力强等优点。
In the mine,the working speed of coal mining machine is directly related to the efficiency and safety of coal mining.There is such problems as nonlinear,parameter uncertainties and load change dramatically in the speed regulation system of electrical traction shearer.Studies have shown that synovial variable structure controller,is a good way to solve these problems.Compared with the traditional PID control method,the simulation shows that the system has the advantages of fast response speed,small overshoot,small tracking error and strong anti-interference ability.
