摘要 针对在进行PLC控制系统设计时出现的诸多问题,明确提出了“完全满足控制要求”、“确保系统安全可靠”、“力求控制系统简单”是PLC控制系统设计的三大原则;对PLC控制系统设计步骤进行科学有序的细分,能有效提高工作效率,缩短工程项目工期,起到事半功倍的效果;通过“使用安全触点”、“做好停电保护”、“落实正确接地”、“严格双重互锁”等措施,可以大大提高PLC控制系统设计的安全可靠性,确保系统能长期、稳定、安全、可靠地正常工作。详细介绍了PLC控制系统设计的原则与步骤及可靠性分析研究,对从事PLC工程项目的广大工程技术人员和从事PLC课程教学的广大教师及PLC技术爱好者具有学习和参考价值。 In view of many problems in the design of PLC control system,three principles of PLC control system design are clearly put forward″fully meet the control requirements″,″ensure the safety and reliability of the system″and″strive for the simplicity of the control system″.The scientific and orderly subdivision of PLC control system design steps can effectively improve work efficiency,shorten the construction period of the project,and achieve half the task The safety and reliability of PLC control system design can be greatly improved and the system can work normally for a long time,stably,safely and reliably by″using safety contact″,″power failure protection″,″implementing correct grounding measures″and″strict double interlock″.This paper introduces the principle and steps of PLC control system design and reliability analysis and research in detail,which has learning value,reference value for the engineering and technical personnel engaged in PLC engineering projects and the teachers and PLC technology enthusiasts engaged in PLC course teaching.
