摘要
油浸式套管绝缘性能下降是引发套管故障的重要原因。为了研究绝缘受潮及老化程度对油浸式套管绝缘性能的影响,基于油浸式套管的实际绝缘结构,设计并制作了套管电容芯子的实体缩比模型,并对其进行加速热老化和受潮处理,最后对不同老化程度的样品进行频域介电谱测量和分析。研究结果为频域介电谱法应用于油浸式套管老化状态评估提供了参考。
The decrease in insulation performance of oil-immersed bushings is an important cause of bushing faults.In order to study the influence of insulation moisture and aging on the insulation performance of oil-immersed bushings,physically scaled models of the bushing capacitor core were designed and produced based on the actual insulation structure of oil-immersed bushings,and accelerated thermal aging and moisture treatment were performed.Finally,frequency domain dielectric spectra of samples with different aging levels were measured and analyzed.The research results provide a reference point for the application of frequency domain dielectric spectra to the aging status evaluation of oil-immersed bushings.
