标准电流互感器自适应二次接线转换装置的设计及应用

摘要 采用传统人工接线方式进行标准电流互感器室内检定时需要进行多次接换线,耗时长且存在误接线的风险。针对此问题,本文设计了一种二次接线转换装置,该装置通过铭牌建模、继电器阵列优化组合、上位机在线控制等技术,实现了标准电流互感器自适应二次接线转换。应用结果表明,该装置可自动判别标准电流互感器与被试电流互感器之间的变比对应关系,通过上位机指令控制二次接线转换,从而有效避免了人工频繁换线所导致的误接线风险,大大提高了标准电流互感器检定工作效率及准确性。 Multiple wire replacements are required when the traditional manual wiring method is used to perform standard current transformer indoor verification,which takes a long time and has the risk of incorrect wiring.Aimed at solving the problem,a secondary wiring conversion device was designed in this paper.The device uses technologies such as the nameplate modeling,the optimized combination of relay arrays,and the online control of the host computer to realize the self-adaptive secondary wiring conversion of standard current transformers.The application results show that the device can automatically determine the corresponding relationship between the standard current transformer and the tested current transformer,and control the secondary wiring conversion following the instruction of the host computer.The device can effectively eliminate the wrong wiring risk caused by frequent manual wire replacement and thus greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of standard current transformer verification.
