韩江滤后水不同消毒过程无机副产物生成特性 被引量:5

摘要 以某自来水厂滤后出水为原水,研究6种不同消毒过程消毒剂余量衰减和无机副产物生成情况。结果表明,在相同有效氯投加量下,NaClO、O^+3NaClO、NaClO/UV工艺在60 min余氯的质量浓度分别为0.62、0.22、0.14 mg/L;在相同臭氧投加量下,60 min剩余臭氧含量依次为:O3>O^+3NaClO>O3/UV;O^+3NaClO组合消毒过程同时存在余氯和剩余臭氧2种消毒剂余量;NaClO溶液极不稳定,久置NaClO消毒出水ClO^-3和BrO^-3含量分别超标13倍和3.4倍;O3工艺出水甲醛和BrO^-3的生成量随臭氧投加量的增加而增加;UV工艺出水NO^-2的生成量随NO^-3初始含量的增加而增加;相比单独消毒工艺,组合工艺可降低无机消毒副产物的生成量。 The filtered water from a waterworks was taken as the raw water.The decay of residual disinfectant and the formation of inorganic by-products during six kinds of disinfection processes were studied.The results showed that at the same dosage of the effective chlorine,the mass concentrations of residual chlorine at 60 min in different disinfection processes of Na Cl O,O^+3 Na Cl O,and Na Cl O/UV were 0.62 mg/L,0.22 mg/L,and 0.14 mg/L,respectively.At the same dosage of the ozone,residual ozone content of different disinfection processes at 60 min in turn was O3,O^+3Na ClO and O3/UV from high to low.There were both residual chlorine and residual ozone in the combined disinfection process of O^+3Na Cl O.Na Cl O solution was unstable,so the content of ClO^-3and BrO^-3in the effluent by using long placing Na ClO exceeded the standard by 13 times and 3.4 times,respectively.The formation of formaldehyde and BrO^-3 in effluent of O3 process increased with the increase of ozone dosage,while NO^-2formation in effluent of UV process increased with the increase of initial NO^-3 content.Compared to the single disinfection process,the combined disinfection process could reduce the formation of inorganic disinfection by-products.
