摘要 对某银粉厂多股银粉生产废水水质水量特点进行研究,针对其中2股极高污染物含量的S3-1和S5-1废水各自水质特点,分别采用吹脱、蒸馏和蒸馏的工艺进行物化预处理,考察各工艺运行参数对废水中污染物去除的影响。结果表明,优化且经济有效的工艺条件为:S3-1废水吹脱段选择反应pH为12、蒸汽、废水体积比为3000、反应时间4 h、吹脱温度20℃;S3-1和S5-1蒸馏段进水pH分别选择为9.36和2.5。整套工艺废水中的COD、TN、NH4^-+N和硫酸盐去除率分别达到了81%、92.84%、91.61%和87.58%,且处理成本较低,在23.11~32.96元/t。 The water quality and quantity characteristics of the wastewater from the production of multiple silver powders in a silver powder plant were studied.According to the water quality characteristics of two extremely high pollutant concentrations of s3-1 and s5-1 wastewater,the processes of blowoff/distillation and distillation were respectively adopted for physicochemical pretreatment.The influence of various process operating parameters on pollutant removal in wastewater was investigated.The results showed that,the economical and effective process conditions were as follow,reaction pH of 12,gas liquid ratio of 3000,reaction time of 4 h and blowoff temperature of 20℃were chosen at S3-1 wastewater blowoff segment;The influent pH of S3-1 and S5-1 distillation segment was chosen as 9.36 and 2.5,respectively.The removal rates of COD,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and sulfate in the whole process wastewater reached 81%,92.84%,91.61%and 87.58%respectively,and the treatment cost was low about 23.11~32.96 yuan/t.
