摘要 以四川某化工园区废水处理工程为例,分析园区废水的水质水量特点、废水处理工艺、主要建(构)筑物设计参数、各工况去除率及投资运行费用。针对该园区废水的特点,选择采用了"预处理+水解酸化-Biodopp+高效沉淀池+臭氧-BAF+过滤消毒"工艺进行处理。污水厂出水要求达到DB51/2311-2016中工业园区相关指标要求,同时因受纳水体磷已达到饱和值,环评报告要求其出水总磷含量不应超过0.3 mg/L。 Taking a wastewater treatment project in a chemical industry park in Sichuan as an example,the water quality and quantity characteristics of the wastewater in the park,the wastewater treatment process,the design parameters of the main building(structure),the removal rate of each working condition and the investment operation cost were analyzed.According to the characteristics of the wastewater in the park,the process of’pretreatment+hydrolysis acidification-Biodopp+high efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone-BAF+filtration disinfection’was used for the treatment.The effluent of WWTP met the requirements of the relevant industrial parks in the’Water Pollutant Emission Standards for the Lancang River and Minjiang River Basins of Sichuan Province’of DB51/2311-2016.At the same time,due to the saturation value of the phosphorus in the receiving water,the EIA report requires that the total phosphorus content of the effluent should not exceed 0.3 mg/L.
