摘要
20世纪70-80年代王永炎教授对发病即呈现阳气不足、瘀血阻络的中风病患及时采用了"益气温阳通络"法治疗,效果显著。本文分享验案2则,借此回溯王永炎教授提出中风病"阳(气)虚化风"新病机的临床渊源,和"阳(气)虚化风"的中风病临床征象。同时例举后学验案1则,以深化对"阳(气)虚化风"的认识及提高对此病证急性期益气温阳治疗的重视。
In the 1970 s and 1980 s,Professor Wang Yongyan adopted the method of"boosting qi,supplementing yang and unblocking collaterals"in time to treat the stroke patients with yang qi deficiency and blood stasis,with remarkable effects.This paper shares two effective cases.Based on this review,the clinical origin of the new pathogenesis of"yang(qi)deficiency generating wind"proposed by Professor Wang Yongyan,and its clinical signs are traced.At the same time,an effective case of other scholar is cited to deepen the understanding of"yang(qi)deficiency generating wind"and to enhance the importance attached to boosting qi and supplementing yang treatment in the acute stage of the stroke.
