摘要
基于中国工业企业-海关匹配数据,文章系统考察了技术市场发展这一重要科技体制改革如何影响企业出口国内附加值率(DVAR)。研究发现:技术市场发展会显著促进企业出口DVAR的提高,这一结论在进行多项稳健性检验后依然成立。同时,从地区划分看,技术市场发展对东部企业出口DVAR的促进作用明显大于中西部企业;从行业要素密集度看,相对于资本密集型和劳动密集型企业,技术密集型企业出口DVAR受到技术市场发展的正向影响更大。传导机制检验表明,技术市场发展会通过成本加成渠道和相对价格渠道促进企业出口DVAR的提高。进一步研究发现,技术市场发展对企业出口DVAR的促进作用,并未以牺牲企业参与全球化的广度和深度为代价,更多地是通过引发企业贸易方式的结构转变为具体实现路径。
Based on the matching data of Chinese industrial enterprises and customs databases,this paper systematically investigates how the development of technology market,an important scientific and technological system reform,affects domestic value added ratio( DVAR) of the enterprises’ exports. The research shows that the development of technology market can significantly improve the enterprises’ export DVAR and the conclusion is still robust after conducting a number of robustness tests. Meanwhile,from the perspective of regional division,the promotion effect of technology market development on the eastern enterprises is significantly greater than that on the central and western enterprises. From the perspective of industry factor intensity,the technology-intensive enterprises’ export DVAR is more positively affected by the development of technology market compared with the capital-intensive and labor-intensive enterprises. The test of transmission mechanism shows that the development of technology market will promote the enterprises’ export DVAR through the markup effect and relative price effect. Further research indicates that the promotion effect of technology market development on the enterprises ’export DVAR is not at the expense of the breadth and depth of the enterprises’ participation in globalization,but is more achieved through the structural transformation of the enterprises’ trade patterns.
