机械设备震动数据监测和数据深度分析方法的改进及优化

摘要 通过先进的在线测震技术,改变传统的以人为主监测震动数据的方法,实现机械设备运行状态的24 h不间断在线检测,智能筛选震动异常信息,远程专家即时分析诊断,做到大型机械设备的预防性维护与维修,避免设备出现大的故障,以确保生产系统的稳定运行。 Through the advanced on-line seismic measurement technology,the traditional method of monitoring vibration data mainly by people is changed to realize the on-line detection of mechanical equipment running state 24 hours without interruption,intelligent screening of abnormal vibration information,and real-time analysis and diagnosis by remote experts,so as to achieve the preventive maintenance and repair of large-scale mechanical equipment,avoid major failures of equipment,and ensure the stable operation of production system.
