Construction and Application of Drug Use Data Set for Children with Renal Function Injury

目的:构建儿童药物代谢特点的肾损伤及血液透析、腹膜透析、持续血液净化等复杂治疗条件下的临床用药数据集,以促进临床合理用药。方法:通过专家委员会梳理国家基本药物目录,确定本研究目标药物列表,通过对国内外数据库的检索,完善在轻、中、重度肾功能损伤情况下和血液净化治疗中药物的调整方案,并列出药物代谢基因多态性数据。结果:制定了符合中国儿童特点,整合血液透析、腹膜透析、持续血液净化条件下的具体用药说明,制作儿童肾功能损伤用药指导数据集。结论:以循证医学为基础选择儿童肾功能损伤药物调整方案,促进临床合理用药。

Objective:The purpose of this study is to construct and use data sets of clinical medication for kidney injury,hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis,continuous blood purification and other complex treatment conditions in accordance with the characteristics of drug metabolism in children in China,and to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods:Through the expert committee combing the national essential drug catalogue,the list of the target drugs for this study was determined.Through searching the domestic and foreign databases,the adjustment program of drugs in the treatment of mild,moderate and severe renal injury and blood purification was improved,and the polymorphism data of drug metabolism genes were listed.Results:The characteristics of drug dosage for children were formulated.The data set of medication guidance for children with renal function injury was made by integrating the specific medication instructions under the conditions of hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis and continuous blood purification.It can provide scientific reference for clinicians and patients.Conclusion:Based on evidence-based medicine,the choice of drug adjustment program for renal function injury in children can provide decision-making basis for rational drug use and formulation of scientific treatment program,and promote rational drug use in clinical.
