Electronic Medical Record Management System with the Regional Layout Based on the Alliance Chain

目的:设计并实现了一套基于联盟式区块链的区域版式电子病历管理系统,支持电子病历可信的长期保存和区域共享。方法:制定基于OFD版式技术的数据和接口规范,建立版式电子病历管理系统对医院病历等各类文书进行转版、签名和归档,采用链上链下结合的方式,建立基于联盟链的区域电子病历存储和管理模型。结果:实现了基于联盟式医疗区块链的版式电子病历分布式存储和区域管理调阅。结论:版式技术和区块链的结合,提供了一种去中心化的电子病历区域管理模式,可以实现电子病历的长期保存、可信共享和区域管理。

Objective:To design and implement a regional layout electronic medical record management system based on alliance blockchain,and support the credible long-term storage and regional sharing of electronic medical records.Methods:To formulate data and interface specifications based on OFD format technology,and to establish layout electronic medical record management system which transfers,signs,and archives various types of documents such as hospital medical records,and uses a combination of on-chain and off-chain to establish a regional electronic medical record storage and management model based on the alliance chain.Results:The alliance-based medical block was implemented the layout of the chain of electronic medical records distributed storage and regional management and review.Conclusion.The combination of layout technology and blockchain provides a decentralized electronic medical record regional management model that can achieve long-term preservation and credible sharing of electronic medical records and regional management.
