早期CTA检查对脑梗死患者脑血管及预后的相关性

Correlation between Early CTA Inspection and Cerebral Blood Vessels and Prognosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探究早期CTA检查对脑梗死患者脑血管及预后的相关性。方法:选取2016年4月至2017年8月重庆市南川区人民医院收治的152例脑梗死患者作为研究对象。所有患者均进行头部CTA检查,观察并记录患者脑血管狭窄、闭塞情况、责任血管。结果:152例脑梗死患者,16例正常脑血管,136例存在脑血管狭窄或闭塞,检出率89.47%,其中轻度狭窄24.27%,中度狭窄30.88%,重度狭窄19.91%,闭塞27.94%;单纯颅外、颅内及颅内外动脉狭窄或闭塞分别为5.88%、27.21%、66.91%。136例存在脑血管狭窄或闭塞患者,有113例能够判断责任血管;其中血管轻度狭窄36.28%,中度狭窄23.89%,重度狭窄16.82%,闭塞23.01%;单纯颅外、颅内及颅内外动脉狭窄或闭塞分别为5.31%、18.58%、76.11%。结论:早期CTA检查有利于明确脑梗死患者脑血管狭窄,评估脑血管狭窄程度与责任血管情况,可进行早期诊断筛选,对治疗及预后提供重要临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the correlation of early CTA examination on cerebral vessels and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 152 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled as subjects,all with head CAT examination.The cerebrovascular stenosis,occlusion and offending vessel were observed and recorded.Results:Among the 152 patients with cerebral infarction,16 had normal cerebral vessels and 136 had cerebral vascular stenosis or occlusion,of which the detection rate was 89.47%,including mild stenosis 24.27%,moderate stenosis 30.88%,severe stenosis 19.91%,and occlusion 27.94%.Simple extracranial,intracranial and intracranial&external stenosis or occlusion were 5.88%,27.21%,and 66.91%respectively.Among the 136 patients with cerebrovascular stenosis or occlusion,the offending vessel could be determined in 113 patients,of which vascular stenosis was 36.28%,moderate stenosis was 23.89%,severe stenosis was 16.82%,occlusion was 23.01%and simple extracranial,intracranial and intracranial&external stenosis or occlusion were 5.31%,18.58%,and 76.11%respectively.Conclusion:Early CTA examination is helpful for clarifying cerebrovascular stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction,assessing the degree of cerebrovascular stenosis and offending vessel conditions as well as early diagnosis and screening,which provides important clinical value in treatment and prognosis.
