硒代蛋氨酸对两个葡萄幼苗抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Selenomethionine on Anti-oxidant Capacity of Grape Seedlings of Two Cultivars

摘要 以盆栽"阳光玫瑰"和"早夏香"2个品种葡萄幼苗为试材,采用硒代蛋氨酸处理2个品种使基质硒含量在1.0 mg·L-1,研究了硒代蛋氨酸对葡萄幼苗生长和生理参数的影响,以期为富硒葡萄的生产提供参考依据。结果表明:Se-Met处理增加了2个品种的硒含量和比叶重,提高了"阳光玫瑰"叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b含量,而"早夏香"表现不明显。Se-Met处理增加了"阳光玫瑰"叶片丙二醛含量和抗氧化能力,降低了"早夏香"丙二醛含量和抗氧化能力。Se-Met处理使2个品种叶片可溶性蛋白质含量和游离氨基酸含量显著提高,硒含量与比叶重、叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸和丙二醛含量呈正相关。Se-Met处理提高了"阳光玫瑰"谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性,降低了"早夏香"的活性,而硒对"阳光玫瑰"谷胱甘肽转移酶活性影响不显著,但是显著降低了"早夏香"的活性。总之,盆栽基质硒在1.0 mg·L-1的处理下,显著提高了葡萄叶片硒含量,在叶片和根系生理参数上看"阳光玫瑰"优于"早夏香"。 Taking the two potted cultivars of‘Sunshine rose’and‘Early summer’as the test materials,the selenomethionine(Se-Met)was used as the selenium source to make the substrate selenium content at 1.0 mg·L-1.The growth and physiological parameters of grape seedlings were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the development of selenium(Se)-enriched grapes.The results showed that the content of Se and specific leaf weight were increased by Se-Met treatment.And the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b also increased in cultivar‘Sunshine rose’,but no significant difference appeared in the‘Early summer’.Moreover,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),and the capacity of anti-oxidative were increased by Se-Met treatment in cultivar‘Sunshine rose’,but reduced in cultivar‘Early summer’.The contents of soluble protein and free amino acid of the two cultivars were significantly increased by Se-Met treatment.Se content was positively correlated with specific leaf weight,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll a+b,soluble protein,free amino acide and MDA.Se-Met treatment increased glutathione peroxidase activity of‘Sunshine rose’,and decreased the activity of‘Early summer’.However,Se-Met treatments had no significant effect on glutathione transferase activity of‘sunshine rose’,but significantly reduced the activity of‘Early summer’.Overall,Se contents of two cultivars was significantly increased under the treatment of 1.0 Se mg·L-1 potted substrate,and the‘Sunshine rose’was better than the‘Early summer’in the physiological parameters.
