摘要
采用常规形态学和生化指标检测方法,结合16S rRNA基因序列分析和系统发育树鉴定,将1株生防菌菌株KC24鉴定为多粘类芽孢杆菌,并对其发酵液进行海棠锈病生物防治效果试验。结果表明:多粘类芽孢杆菌菌株KC24对"西府海棠"锈病的防治效果达52.1%,与化学农药25%腈菌唑乳油(4000倍)处理的防治效果相当。多粘类芽孢杆菌菌株KC24可以作为海棠锈病的生物防治因子开发利用。
Based on the routine morphological and biochemical detection methods,and combined with16 SrRNA gene sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree identification,a bacterial biocontrol strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa,named KC24.The biological control effect of its fermentation broth was tested on rust.The results showed that the control effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa strain KC24 against Begonia rust was 52.1%,which was equivalent to the control effect of myclobutanil25%EC(4000 times).Paenibacillus polymyxa strain KC24 was suitable for bio-controlling begonia rust.
