煤层气井产出水固体颗粒过滤装置及应用

Development and Application of Solid Particles Filter Device for Production Water for CBM Wells

为消除煤层气井产出水中的固体颗粒,提高产出水重复利用率,研制了煤层气井产出水固体颗粒过滤装置,该装置包括缓流系统、竖流沉降系统和排污系统,现场试验表明该装置能够有效的过滤煤层气井产出水中的固体颗粒,可以广泛的应用于煤层气井水力压裂、无杆泵动力液及井筒清洗煤粉用水。

In order to eliminate the solid particles in the production water from CBM wells,and to improve the repeating utilization rate of the production water,the solids filter device is developed.The device includes the flow system,vertical flow sedimentation system and sewage system,and field tests show that the device can effectively filter the solid particles in the production water,which can be widely used to hydraulic fracturing,rodless pump power fluid and wellbore coal powder cleaning for CBM wells.
