摘要 针对选煤系统存在的工艺复杂、分选效率低、智能化程度低,X射线选煤法对于不同厚度的煤和矸石容易出现识别错误等问题,提出了基于双能X射线和超声波测距的一体化智能干法选煤系统。结合实际工业应用,建立了煤和矸石智能干法选煤系统,并进行了工业性试验。实验结果表明,该系统满足该煤矿的实际需求,识别精度高,分选效率达到90%以上。 Aiming at the problems such as the complicated process,low separation efficiency,and low intelligence in the coal preparation system of coal mines,and the problem of being prone to identification error for different thickness of coal and gangue in view of X-ray Coal Preparation method,the dualenergy X-ray integrated intelligent dry coal preparation system was proposed.Combined with practical industrial applications,a dry coal preparation system for intelligent identification and separation of coal and gangue was established,and an industrial test was carried out.The experimental results show that the system meets the actual needs of the coal mine,with high identification accuracy and high separation efficiency of more than 90%.
