摘要 概述了传统设备维修管理的局限性及目前企业设备维修管理面临的挑战;阐述了设备故障早期诊断及维护系统的作用:可以对振动筛运行工况中的振幅、频率、激振器温升、电机功率等技术参数进行实时在线监测,改变原来自我封闭的单一控制方式,实现云智能自动检测控制的智能化和管理的网络化,预防意外的机器故障及非计划停机时间,从而为企业避免不可估量的经济损失。 This research describes the constraints of conventional equipment maintenance management and the challenges encountered by the current enterprise equipment maintenance management.It reveals that the early diagnosis and maintenance system of equipment failure can achieve real-time online monitoring of the technical parameters,for example,amplitude,frequency,the temperature rise of the exciter,and motor power in the vibrating's operating conditions screen.Besides,to modify the original self-closed single control mode,to accomplish cloud intelligent automatic detection control intelligence and management of the network.Hence,it prevents unplanned machine failures and unplanned downtime and avoids incalculable financial losses.
