情志护理在克雷氏骨折患者中的应用

Application of emotion nursing in patients with Colles fracture

[目的]探讨延续情志护理在克雷氏骨折患者中的应用。[方法]选择2017年5月-2018年5月治疗的84例克雷氏骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为情志延续护理组、延续护理组和对照组,各28例,对照组采用一般护理与离院医嘱,延续护理组在对照组基础上采用微信平台坚持延续护理,情志延续护理组采用情志护理,并坚持延续护理,观察3组护理前后的服药依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Gartland-Werley(G-W)腕关节评分指标。[结果]情志延续护理组与延续护理组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后SAS评分情志延续护理组优于延续护理组与对照组(P<0.01),延续护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后SCL-90评分情志延续护理组优于延续护理组与对照组(P<0.01)。干预后G-W得分情志延续护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医情志延续护理联合中医情志护理能缓解患者的焦虑,促进腕关节功能恢复,对克雷氏骨折康复治疗有一定的作用。

[Objective]To explore the application of continuous emotional nursing in patients with Colles fracture.[Methods]The 84 patients with Colles fracture treated from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into emotional continuation nursing group,continuation nursing group and control group with 28 cases in each group.The control group adopted general nursing and out-of-hospital medical advice.The continuation nursing group insisted on continuation nursing with WeChat based on the control group,while the emotional continuation nursing group adopted emotional nursing and insisted on continuation nursing.The medication compliance,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90),Gartland-Werley(G-W)wrist joint scoring indexes before and after nursing were observed in the three groups.[Results]The medication compliance of emotional continuation nursing group and continuation nursing group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS score in the emotional continuation nursing group is better than that in the continuation nursing group and control group(P<0.01),continuation nursing group is better than control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,SCL-90 score in emotional continuation nursing group is better than continuation nursing group and control group(P<0.01).After intervention,G-W score in emotional continuation nursing group was better than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese medicine emotional continuation nursing can relieve the anxiety of patients,promote the recovery of wrist joint function,and have a certain effect on the rehabilitation of Colles fracture.
