摘要
以往我国青少年法治教育的路径是“三位一体”,注重学校层面、家庭层面和社会层面的动能发挥,个人层面和国家层面没有得到足够重视。青少年法治教育不仅需要学校层面、家庭层面和社会层面的参与,个人层面和国家层面也应该纳入到法治教育中,形成全方位、多层次的教育路径。个人层面应注重内化教育及认同性教育;国家层面应该注重法治教育的适应性、本土性、实践性、衔接性、时代性;学校层面既要注重课程、师资、制度等方面,也要注重校园文化建设;家庭层面应提升家庭成员的法治素养,形成良好的家庭环境;社会层面需要公众的积极参与,发挥社会组织的积极作用,提升社会文化环境。
In the past,the path of rule of law education for young people in China was"Trinity",focusing on the exertion of kinetic energy at the school level,family level and social level,while less attention was paid to the individual level and national level of young people.The law-related education of teenagers not only needs the participation of school level,family level and social level,but also the participation of individual level and national level of teenagers to form a comprehensive and multi-level education path.At the personal level,we should pay attention to internalization education and identity education;at the national level,we should pay attention to the adaptability,localization,practicality,cohesion and era of legal education;at the school level,we should not only pay attention to curriculum,teachers,system and other aspects,but also the construction of campus culture;at the family level,we should improve the legal literacy of family members to form a good family environment;at the social level,we need public education and we should actively participate in social activities,give full play to the positive role of social organizations,and improve the social and cultural environment.
