摘要
随着产业转型升级,产教融合已经不局限在职业教育领域,并被明确为我国高等教育的发展理念,上升为国家教育改革与发展的整体性制度安排。贺州学院通过与行业企业共建行业学院,构建人才培养共同体,开展应用型人才培养模式改革,初步形成“八个共同”协同育人机制,并成为贺州学院深化产教融合的重要抓手,也为地方本科高校转型发展,深化产教融合,进行人才培养供给侧改革提供了可供借鉴的经验。
With industry transformation and upgrading,the integration of industry and education is not limited to the field of vocational education.Furthermore,industry-education integration has been clearly regarded as one of principles of higher education in China,as a political arrangement for national education reform and development.Based upon the co-built industry schools with enterprises,the co-constructed system of talent cultivation,Hezhou University launched the reform of application-oriented talent training,and initially formulating the"Eight Co-"cooperative education mechanism,which might offer reference for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,for the deep integration of industry and education,for the talent cultivation supplyside reform.
