新工科背景下应用型人才培养模式探索--以电子信息工程专业为例

On the Cultivation of Applied Talents under the Background of New Engineering:A Case Study on Electronic Information Engineering Major

基于对新工科背景下电子信息工程专业优质应用型人才的培养目标、培养体系、培养模式的详细分析,反思电子信息工程专业人才培养现状及存在问题。通过结合高校办学定位、地域特色和校企合作模式分析,提出从“交叉学科”综合课程建设、“产教融合”实践教学体系和“创新创业”人才培养模式等三个方面对“新工科”背景下电子信息工程专业应用型人才培养模式进行积极探索和创新实践,有效提升了电子信息类应用型人才培养质量。

According to the training goal,training system and training mode of the applied talents with high quality majored in electronic information engineering under the background of new engineering,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the cultivation of talents majored in electronic information engineering.Based upon university-running orientation and the regional characteristics of Hezhou University,and the mode of school-enterprise cooperation of Hezhou University,this paper actively probes into the training mode of the applied talents majored in electronic information engineering under the background of“new engineering”from three aspects:the comprehensive construction of“interdisciplinary”curriculum,the practical teaching system of“integration of production and education”and the training mode of“innovation and entrepreneurship”talents.It has effectively improved the quality of the training of applied talents in the field of electronic information.
