新冠肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Mental Health Status and Its Influencing Factors among Stay-at-home Residents during the Epidemic of COVID-19

目的:观察新冠肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、新冠肺炎居家防护知识问卷、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对河南省居家防护的278例居民进行心理健康状况调查。结果:新冠肺炎疫情时期居家防护居民症状自评量表总均分为(1.50±0.29)分,属于轻度心理健康损害,其中躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性得分及总均分均高于全国常模总体水平(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,性别(t=2.45,P=0.02)、文化程度(t=2.25,P=0.03)及健康状况(t=-4.34,P<0.001)是影响居民心理健康的主要因素。结论:疫情时期居家防护居民心理健康状况水平总体偏低,需进一步完善心理危机干预,注重身心健康。

Objective:To investigate the mental health status of stay-at-home residents during the epidemic of COVID-19 and identify the factors influencing the mental health of the residents.Methods:278 residents were surveyed by general information questionnaire,COVID-19 protection knowledge questionnaire,self-rating scale(SCL-90).Results:During the epidemic of COVID-19,the total score of SCL-90 was(1.50±0.29)points,which belongs to mild damage of mental health.Compared with the national norm,the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity factor,anxiety,terror,psychosis and total score were statistically high(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that genders(t=2.45,P=0.02),education level(t=2.25,P=0.03),state of health(t=-4.34,P<0.001)were the main factors affecting residents mental health.Conclusion:During epidemic of COVID-19,residents mental health level is generally low.More intervene in psychological crisis should be taken to alleviate negative emotions and symptoms.
