摘要
针对传统切顶卸压沿空留巷道无煤柱开采技术和切顶卸压小煤柱留设开采技术这2种开采方式中,双向聚能爆破预裂切顶工艺存在的作业人员安全性较差、人工劳动强度大、工序繁琐等问题,同煤集团研发了KLJ7型矿用智能链臂切顶机代替传统人工切顶工艺。介绍了KLJ7型矿用智能链臂切顶机的装备性能及结构组成,详细阐述了同煤集团塔山煤矿2311巷道的机械切顶技术方案以及顶板切缝后补强支护技术方案,并对2311巷道切顶效果进行了综合效益分析。通过实际应用表明,KLJ7型矿用智能链臂切顶机解决了传统切顶工艺中的“部分预裂孔未打通成缝”及“预裂后顶板垮落不规整导致后期巷道维护困难”等问题,既降低了施工成本,提高了工程质量,又收集了试验数据,为设备后期推广应用打下基础。
In view of the problems existing in the bidirectional shaped charge blasting presplitting and roof-cutting technology in two mining modes of traditional roof-cutting and pressure-relief gob-side entry retaining mining technology without coal pillar and roof-cutting and pressure-relief mining technology with retaining small coal pillar,such as poor safety of operators,high labor intensity and tedious process,Datong Coal Mine Group developed KLJ7 mine intelligent chain-arm roof-cutting machine instead of traditional manual roof-cutting technology.The authors introduced its equipment performance and structure composition,elaborated the mechanical roof-cutting technology scheme and the reinforce support technical scheme after roof cutting applied in 2311 roadway of Tashan Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group,and analyzed the comprehensive effects of roof-cutting in 2311 roadway.The practical application showed that the KLJ7 mine intelligent chain-arm roof-cutting machine could solve the problems of difficult roadway maintenance at later period caused by unopened pre-splitting holes in traditional roof-cutting technology and irregular roof caving after pre-splitting,and reduced the construction cost,improved the engineering quality,and collected the test data,which laid a foundation for the later application of the equipment.
