区域经济新常态下高职院校专业建设的思考

Reflections on Vocational Colleges'Specialty Construction Under the New Normal of Regional Economy

区域经济发展是高职院校专业设置的推动力,高职院校专业设置为区域经济发展提供人才资源保障。区域经济新常态下,高职院校专业设置与区域产业结构还存在不匹配的问题,必须从专业设置的前瞻性、“政行校企”合作深化、“品牌”专业打造和高水平专业群建设几个方面加强高职院校专业建设,使之与区域经济协调发展。

Regional economic development is the driving force for the specialty construction at vocational colleges which in turn provide human resource security for regional economic development.Under the new normal of regional economy,the specialty construction at vocational colleges does not match the regional industry structure.Accordingly it is a must to strengthen the specialty construction at vocational colleges from four aspects such as the predictability of specialty construction,the school-government-enterprise cooperation,the construction of characteristic specialty and high level professional groups so as to meet the needs of regional economy development.
