摘要
湖北省是全国地质灾害多发易发省份之一,防治形势严峻,然而地质灾害的信息管理缺乏有效的方法。基于属地管理、分级负责的原则,论文从概念设计、逻辑结构设计、物理结构设计等方面建立了“四位一体”的网格化管理数据库标准,依此开发了网格、人员、隐患点管理多个APP应用,实现了数据的统一集中存储及资料的互联互通,压实了网格责任,极大地提高了管理效率。
Geological hazards occurs frequently in Hubei province.However,there are few effective methods to manage the information of geological hazards.Based on the principle of residence management and hierarchical responsibility,this paper sets up the quaternity grid management database standard from conceptual design,logical structure and physical structure.Several applications have been developed to manage grid,personnel and hazard points,and realize the unified data storage and information interconnection.Furthermore,the grid responsibility has been delivered and management efficiency can be improved greatly.
