摘要
为顺应社会上对蒙台梭利教师的大量需求,高职院校近年来纷纷增设蒙台梭利教育课程作为学前教育专业课程之一。文章基于实践教学经验,以许昌职业技术学院为例揭示当前高职院校开展该课程的现状,发现在课程实施过程中存在着学生理论基础薄弱,缺乏学习动机、理论与实践相脱节,学习效果浮于表面以及课程设置不合理,师资力量薄弱等问题,在此基础上提出解决策略。
In order to meet the large demand of Montessori teachers in the society,Montessori education courses are added in the professional courses of preschool education in vocational colleges.Based on the practical teaching experience and taking Xuchang Vocational College as an example,the paper analyzes the current situation of the course,points out the problems such as the weak foundation of students,the lack of learning motivation,the disconnection between theory and practice,the superficial learning effect and the unreasonable curriculums,and puts forward some coutermeasures.
