高职院校“人力资源管理”课程思政的教学实践探索

Exploration on the Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Human Resource Management in Vocational Colleges

课程思政作为三全育人的主阵地之一,能够有效实现课堂知识传授与价值观引领有机统一。文章以“人力资源管理”课程为例,基于课程性质,结合人力资源管理专业学生特点,对课程内容与思政内容的有机融合进行了初步探索和实践,以期为人力资源管理专业其它课程开展课程思政提供建设性意见。

Curriculum politics,as the main part of the three-wide education,can effectively implement the organic unity of classroom knowledge and values.Taking Human Resource Management as an example,the paper explores and carries out the unity of curriculum content and ideological and political content,which is expected to provide references for other curriculums.
