摘要
物料的悬浮速度是进行物料清选和输送设备设计的重要依据。设计了一种测量物料悬浮速度的装置,分析了该装置的工作原理。用计算机仿真技术分析了在入口速度为5 m/s的条件下,锥筒内的速度和压强分布情况,得到了测试风速与物料悬浮速度的关系。
The suspension speed is an important basis of material cleaning and conveying equipment design.A device for testing material suspension speed is designed and its working principle is analyzed.The speed and pressure distribution in cone tube under the condition of 5 m/s inlet speed are analyzed by computer simulation method.The relations of the tested wind speed and the material suspension speed is found out.
