摘要
第32届夏季奥运会延期对于办赛、参赛和观赛都产生了重大影响。从运动训练的角度,应该客观认识我国与国外奥运训练周期、负荷和比赛设置的异同,在其利弊基础上制定科学的奥运延期训练计划。应将基础体能训练继续作为奥运延期训练的重要内容,通过基础体能的提升促进增长专项能力和预防运动损伤。科技助力训练是我国竞技体育可持续发展的驱动力,应在奥运延期训练中继续发挥引领作用。
The postponement of the 32th Summer Olympic Games has a considerable impact on the organization,attending and watching competitions.From the perspective of sports training,we should identify the differences and similarities of training cycles,training loads and competition settings between China and other countries objectively.Besides,it is supposed to make scientific Olympics postponement training plans on the base of advantages and disadvantages.Basic physical fitness training should continue to be the principal content of Olympics postponement training,it could promote the special ability development and prevention of injury.Training with science and technology support is the driving force of sustainable development and it is necessary to exert the guidance effect in Olympics postponement training constantly.
