摘要
成人教育师资管理是成人教育事业发展的重要推手。欧盟在成人教育师资管理的探索与实践中,在合作交流平台、教师教育体系、师资专业发展指标以及财政保障等方面都形成了自身特色,这对于我国成人教育教师管理的改革与发展具有重要的借鉴价值。我国的成人教育师资管理起步较晚,存在诸如专业学习平台缺失,职称评定标准不健全,管理体制两轨并行,教师倦怠心理产生等现实问题。我国成人教育师资管理借鉴欧盟的师资管理经验,可从人才培养模式、教师专业标准、管理体制以及外部保障等方面进一步完善。
Adult education teacher management is an important driving force for the development of adult education.In the process of exploring and practicing the development of adult education teachers in the EU,Its cooperation and exchange platform,teacher education system,teacher professional development indicators,and financial security have all formed unique experiences.This has important reference value for the reform and development of adult education teacher management in China.The management of adult education teachers in China started late,There are still real problems such as the lack of professional learning platforms,the professional title evaluation standards are not perfect,the management system is parallel,Teachers produce negative psychology.China’s adult education teacher management draws on the unique teacher management experience formed by the EU’s various programs and activities.It can be further improved from the talent training model,teacher professional standards,management system and external security.
