教育信息化助推地方综合性大学发展:问题与对策——以“部省合建”高校为例

Educational Informationization Promotes the Development of Local Comprehensive Universities:Problems and Countermeasures——Taking“Joint Construction of Ministry and Province” University as an Example

在教育信息化背景下,地方综合性大学面临着机遇与挑战。目前,地方综合性大学教育信息化已逐步开展,在利用教育信息化促进教育均衡、推动教育改革、延展学习范围和提升管理效率等方面初见成效。但仍面临着如信息化发展意识不足、师生信息素养匮乏、信息化融合程度较低等发展困境,这成为地方综合性大学教育信息化滞后的主要原因。为解决以上问题,地方综合性大学应抓住教育信息化所提供的资源,做好顶层设计,创设师生信息素养提升机制,进一步深化信息化融合改革。

Under the background of educational informatization,local comprehensive universities are facing opportunities and challenges.At present,the informatization of education in local comprehensive universities has been carried out step by step,which has achieved initial results in promoting educational balance,promoting educational reform,extending the scope of study and improving management efficiency.However,they are still faced with such difficulties as the lack of awareness of information development,the lack of information literacy of teachers and students,and the low degree of information integration.In order to solve the above problems,local comprehensive universities should grasp the resources provided by education informatization,do a good job of top-level design,create a mechanism to improve teachers’and students’information literacy,and further deepen the reform of information integration.
