摘要
专业认证是保障高等教育质量的重要手段,对师范类专业建设有积极的促进作用。为此,应采取有力措施避免师范类专业认证流于做材料而无实质性改革的问题。然而,师范类专业建设与发展的根本在于自身主动性的发挥,因此不应夸大师范类专业认证的作用,把重振师范雄风的希望单纯寄托在专业认证之上。从理论和现实看,教师教育是否振兴超越了师范类专业建设的范畴。为此,应从党之大计、国之大计的高度,重视教育的作用,并从“百年大计,教育为本”“教育大计,教师为本”的高度,看待教师的作用,努力提升教师职业的吸引力。
Major certification is an important means to ensure the quality of higher education,and has a positive role in promoting the construction of normal major.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to avoid the problem that the normal major certification is only a matter of making materials without substantive reform.However,the fundamental of the construction and development of normal major lies in the exertion of its own initiative.Therefore,the function of normal major certification should not be overstated,and the hope of normal education revitalizing should not be solely placed on major certification.From the perspective of theory and reality,the revitalization of teacher education goes beyond the scope of normal major construction.Therefore,we should attach importance to the role of education from the perspective of the party s plan and the state s plan,and treat the role of teachers from the perspective of“a hundred years plan,education based”and“education based,teachers based”,and strive to improve the attractiveness of teachers profession.
