摘要 教师教育大学化,是教师教育发展的国际趋势,是教师专业发展的内生逻辑,是教育强国建设的基底支撑。教师教育具有专业化与去专业化共生、师范性与非师范性共存、学科本位与去学科共行的内涵与特点,这是新时代教师教育实现高水平综合大学化的内在需求。教师教育要实现高效的高水平综合大学化,应该构建动态分流的高水平教师教育培育共同体,形成多学科支撑的复合型教师教育培育生态链,打造全方位服务的力量型教师教育培育聚合点。 University-orientation of Teacher Education is the international trend of the development of teacher education,the endogenous logic of teacher professional development,and the foundation support of the construction for Powerful country in Education.In the new era,high-level comprehensive university-orientation of Teacher Education is the connotative development about the teacher education that is the coexistence of specialization and deprofessionalization,pedagogical nature and academic nature,subject standard and deprofessional.So the scientific path to realize high-level comprehensive university-orientation of Teacher Education is like this:constructing a community of high-level teacher education with dynamic flow,forming an ecological chain of the education of compound teacher with a multi-disciplinary support,establishing a point of the education of“power teacher”with all-round service.
