积极团体心理辅导对师范生心理韧性的干预研究

摘要 为考察积极团体心理辅导对师范生心理韧性的影响,采取实验组控制组前后测的设计,对200名师范生进行心理韧性测试后,选取得分低的50名被试作为研究对象,其中实验组和对照组各25名。两组被试的心理韧性前测分数没有显著差异,是同质性分组。对实验组25名被试进行为期7周,每周1次,每次2小时的积极团体心理辅导,控制组不接受心理辅导。结果显示:实验组被试在接受干预前后的心理韧性测试成绩存在显著相关(t=11.450,P<0.01),控制组的前后测成绩没有显著相关(t=0.371,P>0.05),说明积极团体心理辅导对于师范生的心理韧性有显著效果,对师范生心理健康教育工作有积极意义。 In order to investigate the effect of positive group psychological counseling on the resilience of normal students,the design of pre-test and post-test in the experimental group control group was adopted.After the resilience test was conducted on 200 normal students,50 subjects with low scores were selected as the research objects,including 25 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group.There was no significant difference in the scores of resilience pre-test between the two groups.They were homogeneous groups.Twenty-five subjects in the experimental group received positive group psychological counseling for 7 weeks once a week for 2 hours each time.The control group did not receive psychological counseling.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the test scores of resilience before and after the intervention in the experimental group(t=11.450,P<0.01),while there was no significant correlation between the test scores before and after the intervention in the control group(t=0.371,P>0.05).It indicated that positive group psychological counseling had a significant effect on the resilience of normal students and had a positive significance for the mental health education of normal students.
