从教学领导力转向学习中心领导力:国际校长领导力研究的启示 被引量:1

From Instructional Leadership to Learning-centered Leadership:Implications from Trends in International Principal Leadership Studies

摘要 当前我国的义务教育与高中教育都在深化与完善德智体美劳全面培养体系,育人方式正在转型中。我国中小学校长一直都很关注学校内的课程与教学事务,但在全面育人的改革之下,校长应如何从管学校、管教学调整到全面育人的综合性目标就成为了一个值得关注的议题。近年来,国际上的校长领导力研究正出现从关注教学的领导力向关注学生学习与发展的学习领导力模型转变。本文从校长领导力的国际研究中梳理出这种转变的特征以及对于中国校长领导力的启示。 At present,Chinese compulsory education and high school education are deepening and improving the comprehensive cultivation system of students moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor competences.The way of educating people is under great transformation in China.Chinese principals have already focused on the curriculum and instruction in schools.However,under the reform of comprehensive education,how the principal should adjust from the management and instruction to the comprehensive education has become an important issue.At the same time,international principal leadership research is also shifting from instructional leadership to learning-centered leadership models that focus on student learning and holistic development.This article identifies the characteristics of this scholarly change while draws implications for the Chinese principal leadership in the new era.
