摘要
从多源流视角观察,近10年来,政策主体多元性、政策取向普惠性、政策实施操作性是我国学前教育政策的主要特点,“幼有善育”“优化供给”“保教质量”是学前教育政策的关键词。本研究从问题源流、政策源流、政治源流视角分析政策制定实施存在的问题,提出政策建议。
From the perspective of multiple sources,in the past 10 years,the main characteristics of China s preschool education policy have been the diversity of policy subjects,the universality of policy orientation,and the implementation of the policy.The key words of preschool education policy are“good education for the young”,“optimal supply”,and“quality of care and education”.This study analyzes the existing problems in policy formulation and implementation from the perspectives of problem sources,policy sources and political sources,and puts forward policy Suggestions.
