摘要
应历史和时代发展的需要,新西兰理工类院校及时把握时机,于20世纪90年代开始了基于田野实践的人才培养模式。为满足社会的需求和要求,新西兰理工类院校在其实践课程体系的建构上作了诸多有益的探索,主要体现在实践任务内容的设计、实践任务作业的要求、实践课程的实施和实践课程的评价四个方面。新西兰理工类院校在学前教师教育实践课程体系方面所累积的经验对我国高职学前教师教育实践课程体系的优化有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
In response to the needs and of history and the era development,Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics in New Zealand grasped the opportunity in time,and began the field-based teacher training model in early childhood teacher education in the 1990s.To meet the needs and requirements of the society,New Zealand s Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics have made many useful explorations in the construction of its practicum curricula system.It mainly reflected in four aspects:design of practicum contents,requirements of practicum assignments,implementation of practicum and evaluation of practicum outcomes.The experience accumulated by New Zealand Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics in early childhood teaching practicum course has certain enlightenment and reference for the optimization of early childhood teaching practicum course in Polytechnics in China.
