将思政教育元素融入对分课堂的“全方位育人”教学模式改革探究——以“人力资源管理”课程为例

Exploration on the Reform of“All-around Education”Teaching Mode of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into“PAD Class”:The Case of“Human Resources Management”Course

“人力资源管理”课程是经济管理类专业的核心课程,与思政教育一样,二者的对象都是“人”,因此“人力资源管理”课程作为课程思政的载体有着先天性的优势。文章基于“人力资源管理”课程的教学实践,依托对分课堂的新型教学模式技术助力,试图构建将思政元素融入对分课堂的全方位育人教学模式,实践性探索如何培养思想政治觉悟高、专业知识过硬、富有责任与担当的全方位人才。

Human Resources Management(HRM),the core course of economics and management majors,takes“human”as its education subjects,similar to ideological and political education.Therefore,HRM course has unparalleled advantages as the carrier of curriculum politics.This paper is based on the teaching practice of HRM course,with the support of a new teaching mode named“PAD Class”,trying to achieve a all-around education teaching mode of integrating ideological and political education into“PAD Class”and practically exploring how to cultivate all-around talents who are characterized by high consciousness of ideology and politics,top-ranking specialized knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility.
