奥拉西坦对高血压脑出血患者的神经功能、认知水平和日常活动能力的影响

Effects of oxiracetam on neurological function,cognitive level and daily activities of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的 :探讨奥拉西坦对脑出血伴有高血压患者的神经功能、认知水平和日常活动能力的影响。方法 :选取80例脑出血伴有高血压的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组给予奥拉西坦治疗。分别在治疗前与治疗8周后评估患者的神经功能、认知功能和日常活动能力。结果 :用药治疗8周后,观察组的NIHSS评分均值显著低于对照组;巴氏指数评分平均值和简易智力状态量表评分平均值均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :奥拉西坦可改善脑出血伴有高血压患者的神经功能与认知水平,并且可提高患者的生活自理能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of oxiracetam on the neurological function,cognitive level and daily activities of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs while the observation group with oxiracetam.The neurological function,cognitive level and daily activities of the patients were evaluated before treatment and 8 weeks after.Results:After 8 weeks of medication,the mean NIHSS score was significantly lower while the average scores of the Pap index and the simple intelligence status scale were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxiracetam can improve the neurological function and cognitive level and the self-care ability of the patients.
