右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯对七氟醚全麻患者的影响

Effect of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil on sevoflurane general anesthesia

目的:探讨右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯对七氟醚全麻患者苏醒时间、躁动发生程度及不良反应的影响。方法:选取七氟醚全麻患者60例,随机分为联合组(右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯)和单独组(右美托咪定)各30例,统计分析两组患者拔管后即刻VAS评分、躁动评分、拔管时间、苏醒时间、应激反应指标和不良反应发生情况。结果 :联合组拔管后即刻VAS评分、躁动评分均低于单独组;拔管时间、苏醒时间均短于单独组;T1、T2、T3时联合组的MAP、HR均低于单独组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论 :右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯能有效缩短七氟醚全麻患者苏醒时间,减轻患者的躁动程度,且不会增加患者的不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil on the recovery time,the degree of agitation and the adverse reactions in patients with sevoflurane general anesthesia.Methods:Sixty patients with sevoflurane general anesthesia were randomly divided into a combination group(dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil)and a monotherapy group(dexmedetomidine)with 30 cases each.The VAS and agitation scores,the times for extubation and recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions and the stress response indexes were analyzed.Results:The VAS and agitation scores at moment after extubation and the MAP and HR levels at T1,T2 and T3 were significantly lower and the times for extubation and recovery were significantly shorter in the combination group than the monotherapy group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil can effectively shortened the wake-up time of the patients,reduce the degree of restlessness and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
