延续性护理对36例心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗的影响

Effect of continuous care on anticoagulation with warfarin in 36 patients with atrial fibrillation

目的 :探究延续性护理对心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗的影响。方法 :选取72例口服华法林抗凝治疗的心房颤动患者按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组各36例。观察组给予延续性护理干预,对照组给予常规出院指导及随访,对比两组并发症发生、按时复诊率及满意度,以及华法林抗凝依从性、出血倾向发生率、国际标准化比值(INR)达标率。结果 :观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :针对口服华法林抗凝治疗的心房颤动患者采用延续性护理干预的方式可显著改善患者的生活质量,取得更好的护理效果,降低并发症发生率,提升出院后华法林抗凝治疗依从性和抗凝治疗的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous care on anticoagulation with warfarin in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:Seventy-two patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=36)according to parity.Patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing intervention while patients in the control group were given routine guidance for discharging from hospital and follow-up.The occurrence of complications,follow-up rate and satisfaction rate,as well as anticoagulant compliance of warfarin,bleeding tendency rate and international normalized ratio(INR)compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention for patients with atrial fibrillation treated with oral warfarin anticoagulation can significantly improve patients’quality of life and,obtain better nursing effect,reduce complication incidence,and furthermore can improve the compliance and safety of warfarin anticoagulation therapy after being discharged from hospital.
