摘要
目的 :分析处方前置审核系统对我院门诊处方质量的影响。方法 :根据我院药师建立的处方前置审核系统规则和《处方管理办法》等审方规则,选取系统使用前后的所有门诊处方,进行处方点评并分析结果。结果 :使用处方前置审核后,处方平均合格率提高了10.25%。结论 :应用处方前置审核系统可明显改善临床不合理用药的现状,提高门诊处方质量,促进安全合理用药。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the pre-checking system on the quality of prescription in our hospital.Methods:According to the rules of the pre-checking system and the management of prescriptions established by pharmacists in our hospital,all out-patient prescriptions were selected before implementation of this system and after and then analyzed.Results:The average qualification rate of prescription was increased by 10.25%after the implementation of pre-checking system.Conclusion:The application of pre-checking system can obviously improve the current situation of clinical irrational medication and the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote safe and reasonable medication.
