摘要
在国家实施乡村振兴战略和“扶贫先扶智”原则的大背景下,多样化建设人才的培养成为促进乡村振兴的关键因素。当前乡村职业教育在实施乡村振兴的战略中存在着内生动力不足、人才结构单一、学制体系僵化等问题。乡村职业教育应该调整办学方向,突出以培养农民技能、助力农业生产、服务乡村振兴为发展定位。乡村职业教育要拓宽培养多样化建设人才的路径:灵活设置专业,农工商旅融合;实行弹性学制,培养职业农民;理论实训结合,就业创业并举;加大政策支持,推动职校建设。
In the background of the national rural revitalization strategy and the principle of“supporting intelligence first in poverty relief”,the cultivation of various talents has become the key factor to promoting rural revitalization.At present,there are some problems in rural vocational education in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,such as deficiency of self-motivation,homogenization of talent structure,rigidity of school system and so on.Rural vocational education should adjust the direction of school operations,and focus on the development orientation of cultivating farmers’skills,assisting agricultural production and serving the rural revitalization.Rural vocational education should broaden the path of cultivating diversified construction talents:set flexible curriculum and fuse agriculture,industry,commerce with tourism;carry out flexible school system and train professional farmers;combine theory with practice and integrate employment with entrepreneurship;enhance policy support and promote the construction of vocational schools.
