社区多元社会服务供给主体的协作与共建——以南宁市若干社区为例

Collaboration and Co-construction of Community Multi-Social Service Supply Subjects

社区社会服务主体的多元化是我国社区建设的重要内容之一,社区建设需要集中多元主体的力量,以共同打造现代化社区治理结构。基于对南宁市几个社区的实地观察,发现我国社区治理尚未形成科学高效的多元社会服务主体供给结构,仍然存在依赖行政管理体制、社会主体参与积极性不高、多元主体间相互掣肘等诸多问题。多元社会服务供给结构的构建需要政府部门进一步简政放权,增强社会主体的参与动机和参与能力,并不断优化多元主体之间的协作机制。

The diversification of community social service subjects is one of the important components of community construction in China.Community construction needs to concentrate the power of multiple entities to jointly build a modern community governance structure.Based on the field observation of several communities in Nanning,the study found that the community governance in China has not yet formed a scientific and efficient supply structure of multi-social service subjects.Community governance still faces the dependence on administrative management system,the participation of social subjects is not strong,and the multiple subjects are mutually constrained.And so many questions.Therefore,the construction of a multi-community governance structure still requires the government to further simplify the administration of power,further enhance the participation motivation and participation ability of social entities,and continue to optimize the cooperation mechanism between multiple entities.
