减量播种对直播稻品质的影响

摘要 为探明减量播种对直播稻品质的影响效应,在田间设置5个播种量,分别为142.5、120.0、97.5、75.0、52.5 kg/hm^2,研究减量播种对直播稻糙米率、蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量、食味值及稻米RVA谱(淀粉黏滞性谱)特征参数的影响。结果表明:减量播种对直播稻糙米率、稻米食味值、淀粉RVA谱特征值均产生了影响,播种量为97.5 kg/hm^2处理下的糙米率最高(83.65%),稻米的食味得分最高(85分),RVA谱特征值的崩解值最大(141.6 RVU),消减值最低(126.5 RVU)。因此,播种量为97.5 kg/hm^2条件下稻米食味品质最佳。 The objective of the current study was to ascertain the impact of decreasing sowing rate on grain quality of rice under the mode of direct seeding in line.A field experiment was conducted to research the effects of decreasing sowing rate on grain quality of rice,which was indicated by protein content,amylose content,taste score,RVA profile characteristics of rice grain,and brown rice rate.In terms of sowing rate,the experiment involved five treatments varying in this parameter,namely 142.5,120.0,97.5,75.0,and 52.5 kg/hm2.The results indicated that a decrease in sowing rate influenced brown rice rate,taste score,and parameters of RVA profile characteristics in rice under direct seeding in line.Of all treatments in the experiment,the one with the sowing rate at 97.5 kg/hm2 produced the highest brown rice rate(83.65%),taste score(85),and breakdown value(141.6),while it showed the lowest setback value(126.5).These results demonstrated that the sowing rate at 97.5 kg/hm2 brought a high brown rice rate and high eating quality,hence being an appropriate sowing rate for cultivation of direct sowing rice in local agricultural production.
