窃听、窃照犯罪打防对策研究

窃听、窃照犯罪包括非法生产、销售、使用窃听、窃照专用器材等犯罪行为。窃听、窃照犯罪的危害性主要体现在危害国家安全、破坏政治生态、侵犯个人隐私、污染文化环境、造成公众安全感下降等方面。窃听、窃照犯罪防控难点表现为认定难、监管难、打击难。完善立法、严格监管、积极预防、链条式打击是应对此类犯罪的有效途径。

The crime of eavesdropping and secret photographing includes illegal production,sale and use of special equipment for eavesdropping and secret photographing.The harmness of crime of eavesdropping and secret photographing is mainly reflected in such aspects as endangering national security,destroying political ecology,invading individual privacy,polluting cultural environment and causing a lack of public sense of safety.It is difficult to identify,supervise and crack down upon eavesdropping and secret photographing in term of crime prevention and control.Improved legislation,strict supervision,positive prevention and chain strike are effective ways to deal with this kind of crime.
