连云港新型城镇化建设投融资需求及对策分析

The Analysis of New Urbanization Investment and Financing Demand and Strategy of Lianyungang

新型城镇化建设在国家发展战略中至关重要,但其发展离不开政府投融资支持。本文首先分析连云港市新型城镇化及投融资发展现状,然后结合连云港城镇化发展及投融资的相关数据进行实证分析并预测,发展存在一定的融资缺口,说明目前政府投融资不能很好的满足新型城镇化发展需要,需要进一步创新融资渠道缓解资金压力,最后在分析国内外采用的新型城镇化融资方式的基础上,提出优化连云港市新型城镇化投融资模式的相关建议。

The construction of new-type urbanization is very important in the national development strategy,but its development cannot do without the support of government investment and fi nancing.This paper has analysis the present development of lianyungang towns and fi ancing status.Combined with the relevant data of Lianyungang's urbanization development and investment and fi nancing,this paper makes an empirical analysis and forecasts that there is a certain fi nancing gap in the development.Finally,based on the analysis of the new urbanization fi nancing mode,the author gives some tentative suggestions accordingly.
