“一带一路”倡议背景下太极拳国际化传播与发展策略研究

Study on the International Communication and Development Strategy of Taijiquan under the Background of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative

采用归纳分析、专家访谈以及查阅文献资料等研究方法。探讨的主要内容是在“一带一路”的倡议背景下,研究太极拳国际化传播和发展战略。通过研究发现:太极拳中蕴含诸多丰富的中华民族传统文化,并且在“一带一路”的发展过程中能够对我国文化的传播和发展起到良好的助推作用。但目前要将太极拳文化推广到世界还需要解决区域间文化差异、传播人才匮乏以及观念冲突等问题。除此之外,如何对太极拳进行一个科学合理的解释,也是一大难点。在实现太极拳的国际化传播和发展过程中,需要进行适当的措施调整。从宏观上来看,不仅要从大政方针上入手,注重有关对外传播的策略的制定,同时还要对上层的政策进行调整与完善。从微观上来看,要从细节处下手,从而推进相关政策的实施;此外还要将整个策略体系中的所有元素梳理清晰,疏通信息的传播的渠道,并且建立相应的信息反馈制度。

The research methods used in this paper include inductive analysis,expert interview and literature review.The main content of the discussion is to study the international communication and development strategy of Taijiquan under the background of“One Belt and One Road”.Through the research,it is found that Tai chi contains a lot of traditional Chinese culture,and in the development of“One Belt and One Road”can play a good role in promoting the spread and development of Chinese culture.However,in order to spread Taijiquan culture to the world,we still need to solve the problems of inter-regional cultural differences,lack of communication talents and concept conflicts.In addition,how to carry out a scientific and reasonable explanation of Taijiquan is also a big difficulty.In the process of realizing the international spread and development of Taijiquan,appropriate measures should be taken.From the macro point of view,we should not only start from the general policy,pay attention to the formulation of foreign communication strategies,but also adjust and improve the policies of the upper level.From the micro point of view,we should start from the details,so as to promote the implementation of relevant policies.In addition,all the elements in the whole strategy system should be sorted out clearly,the communication channels of information should be dredged,and the corresponding information feedback system should be established.
